The cart offers the paid express option for $30, including above the free-shipping threshold. Ask us to confirm timing before relying on a deadline.

Is there a physical showroom?
We sell online. The administration address is not a showroom or a returns address.

Can I return a change-of-mind purchase?
Our return window is 15 days from purchase. Contact us first; items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return postage is your responsibility.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact the team with your order number and photographs. We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate remedy, including return postage where required.
When are returns processed?
