Shipping charges

Standard shipping is free on orders of $100 or more after discounts. Below $100, shipping costs $30. Express shipping costs $30, including when your order qualifies for free standard shipping.

Delivery estimates

Our product pages estimate 5-7 days for US delivery, plus 24-48 hours for handling and processing. Timing varies by location and product. Contact us before ordering if you need a specific arrival date, especially when selecting express shipping.

Where we ship

This is our US store and all prices are in US dollars. For delivery outside the United States, contact us to confirm the product's suitability and delivery arrangements before ordering.

Tracking your order

We email a tracking number once your order ships. Use our tracking page to follow your parcel. Items in one order can travel in separate packages.

Delayed or missing parcels

If tracking does not answer your question, contact us with your order number. We will investigate and explain the next steps. See our returns policy for damaged or missing goods.
